As a Usui Reiki Master Teacher I was taught the Shiki Ryoho Tradition which can be traced back to Mikao Usui. My Lineage is through the Western teachings kept alive by Mrs Takata. I am an 8th Master from Mikao Usui so your lineage would be a 9th which is very strong. 

This training now also includes the Holy Fire energy which brings wholeness and completeness. It is a powerful energy of this age that works well with the sacred symbols given directly during the meditative placement.

For Reiki First Degree you will learn;

1. Where Reiki came from, the history and what it is.
2. Practical energy exercises & grounding techniques
3. Be given Reiki Attunements that open the channels of energy
4. Have your Aura measured using dowsing rods
5. Practical skills of how you can use Reiki
6. Hand positions for self, others & animals
7. Principles of Reiki to help live your life
8. Meditation connecting you to earth, crystals & stars
9. Certificate & photo on completion of day
10. Lineage back to Usui provided

Not only can Reiki guide your life, it fosters opportunities to receive greater benefit from the abundance around you. Reiki can lead you to do things you thought you would never do.  Things you believed were too difficult yet are necessary if you are to grow as a person. As Reiki nurtures your greater personal growth, you become capable of achieving more and your life becomes a continuous process of ever increasing enjoyment and satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity to meet others & join a Reiki community who support you on your journey.  It is taken in the beautiful and comfortable surroundings.

• Thursday 20th August 2026 &                              Friday 21st August 2026
• 9.30 – 5pm each day
• @ £225

You are then invited to further support and a spiritual community of Reiki Practitioners that get together for Reiki Shares. Where we give and receive Reiki and you have the opportunity to talk about what you are receiving for more guidance. You can dip in and out of these sessions as they give you regular practice of giving and receiving for yourself too and help to build confidence – these are £10 and are counted as CPD points (Continual Professional Development.) They are drop in sessions and scheduled events can be found here.

Payment Plans are available on the 6 months before the training. You can design your own plan to pay how slow or quick with the final payment paid before the training starts.  Or once the deposit is paid, the remaining payment can be paid online a week before the workshop. Concessions are also available.

Healing Attunement ~ 2 hours @ £95 

This is a very special ceremony to give you the ability to work on yourself on a daily basis. It opens up the crown chakra to receive sacred symbols in order to let the flow of Universal Life Force Energy to be channelled into your hands which can be placed where you need it. People who have the Reiki Attunement have amazing positive reactions and are able to get back on track with their lives. Please enquire about dates and timing; Pauline 07961 323830.

I do offer concessions and prepayment plans so if you really feel the pull to be attuned, get in touch. If you have taken an online course & wish for an attunement with a Reiki Master then this is possible. There is a reduction of £20 & hands on techniques.
