Chakra Jewellery Making Workshop
Do you love to wear crystals and stones to express your Spirituality? Learn to make your own Heart or Sacral Bracelets and Necklace set which expresses you and your personal energy.
You can use all seven stones and colours to balance the Chakras or if you feel that one particular centre needs a boost pick that colour and stone to use.
Deborah, a previous jewellery maker will guide you through making these items with the corresponding stone beads, letters and symbols of the seven chakras. The result will be adornments imbued with your personal energy frequency.

Dowsing Field trip on 31st May 2024
Would you like to enjoy a fun packed day learning how to dowse using Dowsing Rods and spending time with like minded souls? You can learn how to use L-Rods or put your experience to good use while visiting the ancient megalithic sites of; Lochmaben Stone at Gretna, the Girtle Stanes and nearby Loupin Stanes circles on the river Esk in the Eskdalemuir valley.
We will stop for to take lunch en-route and complete our outward journey at the beautiful Samye Ling Buddhist Monastery. After exploring the Buddhist Temple, the Stupas and the gardens we will make a special visit to the nearby Faery Hill to connect with the elemental kingdom. As well as detecting Earth Energies we will work with the Custodians of these sites alongside the elemental kingdom and the Earth Dragons to assist with any Earth Healing required.
Who is this field trip for?
- Anyone interested in using L-Rods to detect energies and dowse on the land.
- This course will add a further dowsing tool to your dowsing toolkit.
- This will allow those already familiar with L-Rods to deepen their experience.
What can I use L-Rods for?
- To detect fields of energy, Ley Lines, the directional flow of energy and strength of signal.
- Any substance, water or to help find lost items.
- Can be used to answer yes/no type questions.
What will we use the L-Rods for on the day of the trip?
- Measure the size and health of your own Energy Field and repair it.
- Detect the size and health of another person’s Aura.
- Earth Energy Lines known as Ley Lines & identify the directional flow of these energies and strength of signal.
- You will use these rods to detect other energy phenomena.
Meet up Point; Greens Hotel / Caledonia 1st car park, Glasgow Road, Gretna DG16 5FG. Opposite the Old Toll Bar Cafe.
-We will share cars from this point and return here at the end of the trip.
What do I need to bring with me on the day?
- Wear weather appropriate clothes and footwear, waterproofs and boots.
- We will stop at a lunch spot (pay on the day) and bring snacks & water.
- Bring a small offering for the Faeries when we visit Faery Hill of broken jewellery or anything that shines.
- Bring your own L-Rods if you have them or there are a few sets to borrow. You can also purchase new retractable ones on the day @ £15 or with a matching pendulum @ £20.
How do I book onto the field Trip and how much will it cost?
- The Field Trip guided by Helen Kirk an experienced Spiritual teacher will cost £55 per person.

Once completed you will be welcome to join the Westmorland Dowsers Association who are affiliated to the British Society of Dowsers if you so wish. They meet on the first Saturday of each month at Shap and are a very active group with Field trips to explore The Avenue on the Belinus lay line as well as other significant sites.
